So I’ve been on the road since Sunday filming Rick Fox and his journey across America to the Presidential Inauguration on the 20th. First off, I just want to say that I am truly blessed to be apart of this journey and also to find work during this time of recession. Anyways, Rick’s project is being produced by a friend Jason from Siho Media, and I came on as a freelance cameraman.
While we were surfing through profiles on the singles site, Asian2date.com, we found a profile that proved to be a very compelling and sweet video testimonial. We wondered how it could receive such little attention and how many single woman actually replied to this heartbroken old man. Is it really that hard to find love in a country where people are starving and dying?
But the real question is what were we doing on Asian2date.com?
Exactly.
It takes a real man to cry on camera, even if it is a webcam.
Check out some training and stunt choreography for the new Wachowski Bros (Matrix) movie NINJA ASSASSIN. I remember our homie Sung Kang talking about this and how the Wachowski’s film most of their movies in Germany. I wish I could film in another country like China or Thailand. Work all day filming cool stuff, then go get a $2 grand meal, then cap it off with a $5 oil massage. That would be the life! Anyways, this movie looks like something special to check out when it releases. Rumor has it, it’ll be out in March.
