We really don’t have to say much here but if you stayed around after the NBA Rookie/Sophmore Game on TNT tonight, you would have stumbled upon a golden treasure chest aka Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2009 shoot. Here are a few that “popped” out. ENJOY!!!

Arowana Friday! This music video was done by our camp a couple years ago. The artist, Estairy, is a long time childhood friend. We wanted to create a reality that combined both urban structures with elements of the natural world. The decision to use old footage from the movie, Koyaanisqatsi by Godfrey Reggio, was made because of two basic reasons. One to incorporate a beautiful background space for the tone of this project. And the other was to make a general statement about Hip Hop. Hip Hop’s roots were founded in the sampling of old music and remixing them so that they make for a modern tone and perspective. This music video was done in that same theory-to sample old footage and remix it. We wanted to incorporate a different perspective and re-introduce this amazing work to a new audience. The video starts off in the urban environment that we know so well and then travels to the environment that many of us don’t know so well-nature.
This years Bay to Breakers might be a little different than others. Actually its expected to be completely different. Why? An article from SF GATE just came out stating that this years race has banned BEER and NUDITY for all people on the route. I mean WOW, just take away part of the identity of the Bay to Breakers. The article states that police will cite you for having anything alcoholic, pulling anything with alcohol, or if you appear drunk. As for the nudity, it says police won’t cite you but it won’t be allowed.

We didn’t even realize but Valentine’s Day is coming up…soon. For some, its a huge dinner, gifts, flowers, candy, yadda yadda. And for others, its a normal, I’m not going to give in to this glamorized, business making, money spending day. And for most, its somewhere in between those two, cuz you don’t wanna get your ass kicked by your girl. Been there, done that.
Don’t you remember back in the days in elementary school when giving out Valentine’s Day cards to the people in your class was this huge deal. In every box of cards, there was usually one special card different from all the others. You would categorize them. Guys get the normal ones, girls get the more romantic ones, and one or two that you had a crush on, would get the special ones. I can’t remember what the card said but it always had something to do with “you’re special” or “my heart”. And of course when you have that young crush, you read into everything.
What if one day you had an intimate relationship with a being that was completely immersed with your body and soul….and then the next day this being was flushed down the toilet out of your life forever? In this minute relationship, this being learned of your most intimate secrets. Secrets that you may never even ever share with your loved ones. Could you handle this complete disappearance in your life? And what about this being? What would this being do with this betrayal and abandonment? Would your secrets be broadcast with the world? More importantly, how could you really let this happen to you?
This happens to all of us…for some, everyday, for others, almost everyday…
We know we’re about a few months late talking about CHEAP GAS but seriously, WE LOVE CHEAP GAS! I mean everyone is so use to $3 or $4 a gallon. I’ve grown use to paying top dollars for a full tank a gas. Put in the credit card, max it out at 50 bucks and put in the credit card again to finish the tank. Almost like paying for a plane ticket to the Bay Area or something. But now, after the whole economy going to SHIEEEET, the price of oil per barrel has gone down…WAY DOWN. AND where in the city would you find the cheapest gas around town. That’s right, the GHETTO aka the Chevron down the street from our house. $2.09 baby!!! Maybe I’ll go faster than the optimal 55 mph now.

As everyone has probably seen on ESPN or CNN or ANIMAL PLANET, 11 time record gold medalist Olympic swimmer Micheal Phelps got caught with smoking some marijuana at a college party. I love how reporters try and talk about this subject. Almost as if they’ve never tried it before. Come on! “Phelps seen smoking out of a pipe” “Phelps hitting the ganja” “Phelps caught with something pot or pot-like”. Just spit it out. Micheal Phelps was getting fatty stoned with one of the craziest bong EVER! And the cleaniest I might add. Reports say he killed a bag of Funyuns after. That’s how my report would go.
Time warp!@#$%^&. Heading back to LA from Thanksgiving weekend. So foggy on the 5 highway. It was like driving into the abyss but even creepier. Ev at the wheel, Lin in sleep mode, Eric and I feeling on our empty stomachs. Thanksgiving weekend was such great weather but that ended soon. Where the hell does fog come from? Does GOD have this huge fog machine that he uses. Its his own light show for his world concert.
